League statistics parser

This is the perl script for the /tmp/tourney.log file that appears at the
end of a Paradise league game.  Run this script on the tourney.log file
and parsed statistics appear at the output.

Of course, there is a bug in this script.  Sometimes it doesn't work right.
Be forewarned.  If I ever get another tourney.log file that fails, I may
try to fix it.
